What we collect

Business owners share business details, contact details, figures such as monthly sales and loans, and documents such as registration papers, accounts and photos.

Investors share their name, email, country, budget range, interests and optionally a phone number.

Visitors who chat with us or turn on notifications share their messages and a device token. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we protect it

Phone numbers, financial figures and loan details are encrypted before they are stored. Uploaded documents are encrypted and kept in private storage, and are only opened by signed-in Xorla staff whose role allows it. Every time a document is opened, it is logged.

Staff sign in with a one-time code sent to their email, and sessions end after a short time.

How we use it

We use your details to review your business or verify you as an investor, to structure and monitor deals, and to contact you about them. We share business information with verified investors only when the owner agrees to be listed.

We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

Applications and investor records are kept while a relationship is active and for as long as Liberian law requires afterwards. Chat conversations are deleted after 60 days. Contact messages are deleted after two years.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to us. You can turn notifications off from the bell at the top of the site.
