What Xorla is

Xorla Honest Capital connects Liberian small businesses with investors who buy equity in them. Xorla audits, values, structures and monitors deals. Xorla is not a bank, does not take deposits and does not lend money.

No promise of returns

Returns shown on this website are targets based on our analysis, not promises. Small businesses can earn less than expected, lose money or close. You can lose some or all of the money you invest. Read every deal's risks before you commit.

Applications

Applying does not guarantee funding. We may decline any application. Reviewing your application is free during our launch period, and Xorla will never ask for money to review an application.

Investing

Every investment is governed by its own signed legal contract, which sets out your rights, reporting and exit. If this website and a contract disagree, the contract applies.

Using this website

Do not misuse the website, try to access data that is not yours, or send false information. We may change these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
